Starting 21/9/2021, we at Fipperslipper did not accept any exchanges until further notice. We apologize for all inconveniences caused. Thank you for your understanding.

For refund purposes, you may drop an email to our Customer Care at customercare@fipperslipper.com

Please take note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Fipperslipper.com portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

Fipperslipper.com is not liable for Fipperslipper.com items purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
